At Get Elvo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

• Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
